This research phase is really important in defining what and how we, or the team we are working with, are going to design for them.
We analyse the whole experience a customer has with your business, not just within the app or website, to fully understand and how they interact with you and what they expect from you.
This also helps us to discover opportunities to make that experience better for both you and your customers.
