Having just bombarded you with another load of fresh challenges for the Imagine website, I thought it was high time I wrote to express my satisfaction with your quality of work.
We have forged an excellent relationship over the years whereby we know each other’s way of working and you know how to keep me content as the client. That means I can be as pedantic as I like and make as many alterations and tweaks to the original concept as takes my mood while you still retain your cool (at least as far as I am aware).
You also keep me posted with progress along the way with each project which I see as a critical requirement. The facility to be able to check your work along the way by visiting the ghost site you created for me is another excellent innovation.
Generally I like the ideas you come up with, but you are also happy to listen to constructive debate on styles / fonts / colours etc... until we reach a solution that undoubtedly is all the better for our joint input.
As a result of all the above I continue to feed you a steady flow of updates to ensure the Imagine site remains at the forefront of Agency sites. On the odd occasion I have challenged you with something outside of your normal remit, you accept the challenge to learn the new technology and always resolve the matter promptly and then bill me accordingly for having been your 'guinea pig'.
I'm really happy with our current product and receive lots of positive feedback on the branding and design from clients.

"I cannot endorse Richly Creative enough. We have been through hell and back with our old Website developer and got nothing after 8 weeks and lots of money spent. Within 24 hours they had sorted out all our urgent issues and got us a temporary web prescence. The next working day we met and agreed his quotation on the spot, what a relief to deal with a True Professional and not a 'self taught' web designer. His quote was excellent value for what we wanted and was also competitive. We had gone down the 'cheapest route' and ended up loosing all our money and spending weeks with headaches. I will certainly not use anyone but Richly Creative in the future!"
